One of the elements I was most excited about for the kitchen was a new light fixture. I had purchased it a considerable time ago, envisioning it as the perfect accent for the newly renovated space, assuming, of course, that the renovation would be completed much sooner than it was (a common miscalculation in DIY!). However, with the passage of time and an evolving design aesthetic, I’m no longer entirely thrilled with my original choice.

The fixture itself isn’t objectively “bad,” but it doesn’t quite evoke the excitement or vision I now have for the space. I’ve considered various solutions, such as removing the bottom silver component, which is one of the main aspects I dislike.
